Baked Fish Paella

The first time I experienced a paella was in the back streets of Barcelona on a day off when I was cooking on a super yacht in my 20s. I’ll never forget that time, where I had the opportunity to taste a new world of flavours. Fond memories. It was a seafood paella, and it was unforgettable. This version is a little different to the paella I ate in Barcelona, that one would’ve taken hours and this Marley Spoon version will be on the table in around 30 minutes
